Terms and Conditions

This document (hereinafter — the "Agreement") establishes the legal framework for interaction between an individual accessing the services of the cosmolot-ua.com website, its mobile applications and derivative services (hereinafter — the "Platform"), and the business entity operating the Platform (hereinafter — the "Operator"). The Agreement is legally binding from the moment registration is completed and remains in force until the account is permanently deleted.

1. Eligibility

The Platform's services cover two areas: accepting bets on sporting and other events, and providing access to online casino games. To gain access, a person must simultaneously meet the following requirements:

• be at least 21 years of age;
• have full legal capacity under the laws of their country of citizenship;
• be located outside jurisdictions where online betting and gambling are prohibited;
• have no active restrictions previously imposed by the Operator;
• intend to act solely in their own name and for their own benefit.

Completing registration constitutes legal confirmation of compliance with all of the above criteria.

2. Account Creation

Registration requires completing an electronic form with mandatory entry of: surname and first name as shown on an identity document; date of birth; a valid mobile phone number; an email address. The information provided is subject to verification by the Operator both automatically and by requesting supporting documentation. Discovery of inaccurate data in any field is grounds for termination of service and cancellation of all related transactions.

The single-account principle is inviolable: one individual — one profile. Creating duplicate accounts — regardless of the personal data, devices, or access channels used — constitutes a breach of the Agreement and results in blocking all identified accounts with confiscation of their balances.

3. Account Credentials Confidentiality

Keeping login credentials confidential is the sole responsibility of the user. The Operator does not request passwords in plain form via any communication channel — neither by email, chat, nor telephone. Any message requesting such information on behalf of the Platform should be treated as a fraud attempt and reported to support immediately.

4. Financial Operations

Deposits and withdrawals are processed exclusively through payment channels authorised by the Operator. A mandatory condition is that the payment instrument must belong directly to the account holder. Use of payment means registered in the name of third parties is prohibited and may result in funds being frozen pending investigation.

5. Prohibited Activities

The following are prohibited on the Platform:

1. Using automated software, including bots, scripts and automatic bet-placement algorithms.
2. Intentionally exploiting software errors, incorrect odds, or server connection delays to gain an advantage.
3. Coordinating bets between two or more linked accounts.
4. Systematically abusing bonus offers, including through multi-accounting.
5. Submitting forged or altered documents.
6. Applying pressure, threats, or manipulation against Operator staff or other users.

Detection of any of the above violations results in account suspension, confiscation of the account balance, and, where there are signs of a criminal offence, referral of materials to the competent authorities.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The source code, design elements, text and graphic materials, audiovisual content, logos, trademarks and structured databases of the Platform belong to the Operator or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. Copying, decompiling, adapting or publicly reproducing any of these without prior written consent of the rights holder is prohibited.

7. Amendments

The Operator reserves the right to amend the Agreement in connection with changes in legislation, regulatory requirements or the operational model. Each updated version is published on the Platform with its effective date indicated. Continued use of the Service after publication of a new version constitutes acceptance of all amendments.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Operator makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted operation, the absence of technical errors, or the achievement of any particular financial result by the user. Participation in betting and gambling is voluntary and involves a risk of financial loss, which the user accepts knowingly.
